Frequently Asked Questions

Land Oversight Questions

Do you verify legal property boundaries?
No. We may visually observe existing fences or visible boundary markers when accessible, but we do not survey land or verify legal property boundaries, ownership, easements, or access rights.
Do you walk the entire parcel during every visit?
Not necessarily. The authorized visit scope is established according to acreage, terrain, accessibility, safety, requested observation areas, and the amount of time included in the approved service.
Can you observe hunting or recreational property?
Yes, when the property is safely and reasonably accessible. Trails, clearings, entrances, recreational areas, and other approved locations can be included in the visit scope.
Can you document dumping or unauthorized activity?
We can document visible signs of dumping, debris, trespassing, unauthorized structures, or other concerning activity observed during a scheduled visit. We do not provide security monitoring or law-enforcement services.
Can you meet contractors or vendors at the property?
Vendor access, coordination, progress photographs, and visible completion documentation may be available as separately authorized services. Additional charges may apply.
How is my Land Oversight price determined?
Pricing is based on acreage, terrain, accessibility, property location, travel requirements, visit frequency, requested coverage, structures or special areas, documentation needs, and additional support requirements.
