Why marina pricing is different: Marina-kept boats generally require dock and gate access, additional walking time, and observations of mooring lines, fenders, shore-power connections, and surrounding dock conditions. Pricing reflects the additional access requirements and exposure associated with an in-water vessel.

Bundle Savings Guidelines
- Bundle savings apply while all required recurring services remain active and in good standing.
- Two-service discounts require Boat & RV Concierge plus one eligible recurring Property Oversight or Property Care plan.
- Three-service discounts require active Boat & RV Concierge, Property Oversight, and Property Care plans.
- Platinum percentages correspond to monthly, twice-monthly, and four-visit service frequencies.
- Discounts apply to eligible recurring service charges and do not apply to add-ons, travel charges, third-party costs, or one-time services.
- Discounts cannot be combined or stacked. The highest eligible bundle discount will apply.
Rates shown cover standard service requirements for eligible RVs and boats up to 30 feet with routine access. Larger vessels, multiple units, restricted-access locations, extended travel, and expanded service requirements receive customized pricing.
